Healthy Bircher Muesli


A super simple and healthier take on the classic bircher!


Ingredients (serves 1-2):

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 x grated apple

  • 1/2 cup low fat greek yoghurt

  • Dash of milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts/seeds (above is almonds, chia seeds and sunflower seeds)

  • 3 sliced dates


Method:

  1. Combine above ingredients in a bowl and mix together

  2. Cover and leave to soak in fridge overnight (approx. 6-9 hours)

  3. Top with yoghurt and fruit of choice in the morning and enjoy!
