Healthy Bircher Muesli

A super simple and healthier take on the classic bircher!
Ingredients (serves 1-2):
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 x grated apple
1/2 cup low fat greek yoghurt
Dash of milk of choice
1/4 cup crushed nuts/seeds (above is almonds, chia seeds and sunflower seeds)
3 sliced dates
Method:
Combine above ingredients in a bowl and mix together
Cover and leave to soak in fridge overnight (approx. 6-9 hours)
Top with yoghurt and fruit of choice in the morning and enjoy!
