Fig & Date Ice-cream Bars

Creamy bars that taste like ice-cream with extra skin boosting nutrients.


- 1/4 cup pepita seeds

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1/2 cup walnuts

- 1/4 cup roasted almonds

- 10 chopped medjool dates

- 4-5 chopped fresh figs

- 3 big TB of natural peanut butter

- 1/4 cup cacao

- 1TB honey

- 1TB extra virgin olive oil

- 1TB warm water


1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

2. Roll into balls or pour into brownie tin and roll/cover with extra pumpkin/sunflower/chia seeds

3. Freeze until solid. Store in airtight container in freezer.
