Hey! I'm Bronwen
Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist, with an interest in helping you achieve better dietary balance through food.
I love food! 10 years ago I thought I hated it - it used to control me. I spent many years struggling with poor body image and mental health: little did I know that it all stemmed from my nutrition. After shifting my focus around food and nutrition, I have never been happier. Now I want to help others do the same.
Today, I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist (BNutr&DietHons) where my main passion is to help others adopt a more balanced approach to nutrition in a realistic and achievable manner. I started Revitalise Nutrition over 3 years ago, after working in a variety of different clinical and private settings over the years. I found that I really enjoyed private practice, however I wanted to create a space that was directed more toward helping those with mental health and disordered eating struggles.
Unbalanced Eating Behaviours:
Any presentation like restrictive eating, over eating, binge eating, food avoidance, Anorexia, Bulimia, Orthorexia and any other dietary behaviours that may be impacting an individuals day to day life.
Mental Health Concerns:
Nutrition for individuals experiencing mental health problems such as Anxiety, Depression, OCD, schizophrenia and others impacting their emotional state and wellbeing.
Do I have to have a diagnosed Eating Disorder or Mental Health Condition to work with you?
No! My work is not limited to any diagnosis and I can help anyone achieve their goals and obtain better balance within their diet, with or without a diagnosis - no matter what age, gender, size or weight you are, I can help!
